Dr. Paul Chabot, Ed.D, M.P.A
Dr. Paul Chabot, is a combat veteran from Iraq where he served as an intelligence officer with special operations forces. Having fought to defend America's values and principles, he returned home to find California falling further down a slippery slope of drug legalization, addiction, crime and violence. At the early age of 12 Paul entered drug rehab for alcohol and marijuana addiction, and has to date achieved 25 years of sobriety. He served as a police officer, a parole board commissioner and a White House Senior Advisor for law enforcement, justice and drug control, followed by assignments with the U.S. Attorney's Office and the State Department. As a professional speaker, he has traveled to 48 states to speak on the perils of substance abuse.
Paul and his wife Brenda created the Freestyle Foundation, the Inland Valley Drug Free Community, Drug Free RC and the Coalition for a Drug-Free California. Paul is the President and CEO of Chabot Strategies, LLC (www.chabotstrategies.com)

Roger Morgan
Chairman and Executive Director of the Coalition for A Drug-Free California has been an entrepreneur and businessman in California for 30 years. Formerly, he was Vice President of Volvo of America and General Manager of Volvo Penta of America; and engaged in sales, marketing and dealer administration with Caterpillar Tractor Company and Caterpillar Overseas. He is a graduate of Colorado College (1963) and The Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management (1964). He was Founding Chairman of the Coronado SAFE Foundation, a non-profit dealing with drug prevention; prior Board Member of the San Diego Prevention Coalition; member of the National Coalition for Student Drug Testing; Co-Founder of Californians for Drug-Free Schools and Special Advisor to the Golden Rule Society in Coronado. His passion for drug prevention stems from two step-children who became drug addicted at age 12 and 14 roughly 29 years ago, and two nephews who died from drug related causes.

Ron Cuff
Ron Cuff is owner and CEO of American Investments & Cuff Management Associates, managing a large real estate portfolio. His previous expense includes General Management of Innerline Engineering, Inc., a large municipal pipeline inspection and cleaning firm; business consultant for more than 150 small and medium sized businesses relating to employee accountability, safety and profitability. He is a decorated Navy pilot and aircraft commander. While serving in the Navy, he was also Deputy National Director of the US Navy and Marine Corp’s Campaign Drug-Free. He is Distinguished Lt. Governor, Optimist International; President Many Mansions non-profit housing corporation; Founder for Partnership for Responsible Parenting in Paso Robles, Ca.; and a member of the Board of Directors, Citizens Against Government Waste.

Ryan Blanck
Ryan Blanck is a dynamic, inspirational change-agent who infuses passion, contagious energy, and enthusiasm to any event by focusing on leadership, health, and team development. He’s a group motivator who makes work fun, and, since 1999 he has designed, coordinated, and facilitated interactive retreats for small groups and large national events with over a thousand participants.
Ryan, a certified personal trainer, has trained athletes from weekend warriors to NFL players, Ironman tri-athletes, and International endurance champions. Over the past 11 years he has worked professionally with, facilitated for, and coached professionals ranging from Fortune 500 executives and CEOs to small business owners and entrepreneurs. Utilizing his unique blend of professional backgrounds in business and fitness, he has specialized in performance improvement concepts and personal change motivation to drive audiences to discover the champion within each participant.
Ryan is the Founder and Principal of Deviate LLC, a Richmond, VA consulting firm specializing in personal and organizational performance. Deviate empowers leaders and organizations to deviate from, reexamine, or tweak their “norm” to achieve peak performance through leadership, wellness, strategy, and collaboration initiatives.

Joyce, the current President of Drug Free Kids: America's Challenge, has been a national leader in the parents' anti-drug movement for nearly thirty years. She is nationally recognized as an authoritative source of illegal drug-relation information. As co-founder and former president of National Federation of Parents, she was instrumental in significantly reducing youth druge use during the 1980's. She has worked with leadership at the highest levels of government. In fact, First Lady Nancy reagan was the Honorary chairmen of the National Federation of Parents. Her dedication in this area continues.
